Once the order is created by any customer then orders are shipped within 0-2 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to office norms. If you will have any concerns about the reliability of any of the items, which you decide to purchase from us, you can contact us directly through the email mentioned on our website and we will be happy to resolve your concerns.

Product Replacement

You can also initiate the request for replacement of the product if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Damaged/Defective Product
  • Some parts of the product are missing

In such conditions also, the product will be replaced only when the product delivered to you is in original/unused condition along with the original invoice/sale receipt. We will accept the replacement request of such items subject to the terms of this policy. However, if you will make the request or register a complaint regarding the damage to the product within the replacement period, such a request will not be accepted.

Here also we will check whether the claims made by you regarding the default in the products are acceptable to us and then accordingly, we will accept or reject the replacement request. Such a decision by us will be final and binding.

Cancellations

An order can be canceled only till it is not processed for delivery, once it is packed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Once you request for cancellation, it will take some time to cancel your order and once we cancel it, we will notify you. We will make a refund from our side once the cancellation is approved, but this will take time to get reflected in your account according to the mode of payment used.
